It is certain that there are other readers who have similar diet programs. Likely you will find someone who is also working with yo-yo style diets. It is certain that the two of you can help each other make changes in your diet to suit your needs. Remain positive and enjoy life, Cristina!

I am an yo-yo thing too. All diets claim miracles, but when you try them, are far from that. Anyway, these ideas are great and seem to be great fun.

I have always wanted to do one of the Jenny Craig type diets with prepared meals, but the cost really starts to add up. If you are looking for something fairly cheap that you can do for your entire life, try to adopt a plant-based diet. Eating primarily veggies and fruits is a great way to lose weight. It will also give you amazing skin and hair, so that is always an added bonus!

I am thinking about trying the cabbage soup diet again. It is not super interesting or delicious, but I like that I can eat as much soup as I want. Plus, I can just make the cabbage soup for days in advance.

This is not spam.

Someone has stolen your article and put it on their website, which is inforhealthy dot wordpress dot com. (I haven’t put the link because I don’t want the thief to get a link to their website from your website.)
The same thief had stolen my article and put it on the above website.
I lodged a DMCA complaint with WordPress and have managed to take down stolen article from the rogue website.
I suggest you do the same.
Thanks.

For now, though, I’d like to try the Volumetric Diet. It makes a lot of sense, and doesn’t really look that hard. I’m hardly ever eating anything from the 4th category anyway.

I’ve simply tried to avoid bad carbs and processed foods while eating a lot of fish, fruits and things that are full of good carbs. Although, I’m getting pretty impressive results with what I’m doing now, I’m pretty interested in trying out the Paleo Diet. I’ve heard a lot of good things about it. It is, though, pretty expensive.
