I actually believe that we have a number of articles that cover this and similar topics. It all depends on your individual situation and your ability to face a rejection. If you are pretty certain that he likes you, go ahead and tell him about your feelings. If you are unsure about how he feels, then it all depends on whether you are willing to face the possibility of a rejection. You could also just wait things out until you have a better idea about how he feels. What is he like? Do you think that he likes you?

hey Sarah, I’m Molly. the exact same thing happened to me not too long ago. again his dad was strict and I really liked him. i just told him to his face and you really can’t underestimate the amount of feelings and affection boys also have. it seriously means the world to them, and they are probably having the same feelings. i also found writing him a letter and saying just what i felt was a cute way of telling him. Boys are just as mushy as girls. xx hope that helps.

I am not sure what you could do to show how you feel other than just tell him. Perhaps you could just send him a message online like, “Thank you so much for waiting for school to start–I can’t wait for us to actually be together. Thank you for everything that you have done for me, I really appreciate it”. You could also just trying to tell him how you feel in person so that he can see from your facial expression that you really believe it. Congrats, by the way, on getting your crush!

Hi!! Ok, so this guy and I have become very close. We have known each other for 5 years and we have been great friends, then this school year, things started to heat up. I know he likes me beacuse he has told me, as I have told him I like him. We are going to be juniors in high school. So, his dad is very strict and wont let him go anywhere during the summer, so we have planned to date at the start of junior year. If you already gave him your phone number, it is his turn to make a move. He could be shy, he could have just started dating someone else, or he could have decided not to. You have already done your part–now all you have to do is wait. Unless you have an excuse (like wishing him a happy birthday or asking about a homework assignment) hold off on texting him until he texts or calls you.
