I also mix in some kettle-bells throughout the week. Including gardening and housework in here, was great. I think most people, including myself, will often overlook normal everyday activities as a way of hitting fitness goals.

If you are an avid gardener, skip the water hose and use a watering can instead…great for your arms! Horseback riding was a new one, but yeah, anytime I’ve done it, I’m sore so it makes sense.
