30 Hot Male Actors Under 30 In 2015
There’s good news on the horizon ladies – the films coming out in 2015 star the hottest and fittest of men! With the likes of Zak Efron, Skyler Astin and Shia LeBeouf gracing our screens, there has never been a better time to start heading to the movies. Don’t believe us…?
In the coming list, you’ll find 30 of the very hottest of male actors, all under the age of 30. They all have films due out for release in 2015, and they are all worthy of the spot they hold here. In no particular order, and without any further ado, you should check out some of these hotties:
1 – Zac Efron
Come on – The High School Musical star has come a long way, hasn’t he? With movies like The Lucky One under his belt, he is setting the way to have a bright and shining career and with movies like We Are Your Friends, The Associate and Dirty Grandpa set for release in the coming twelve months, there’s plenty of opportunity to catch him at his hottest. Dirty Grandpa also stars the delectable Robert Di Niro too! It’s bound to be a winner!
2 – Robert Pattinson
Of course, we all fell in love with him during the Twilight series of films but now that’s finished, we need to have a new lusting film, right? The London-based actor (with the amazing British accent) has a few films coming out in 2015, and the one that we are most looking forward to seeing is called Life. Starting Robert Pattinson alongside Joel Edgerton, Ben Kingsley, and Dane DeHaan, we’ll see him turning photographer as he battles to photograph the amazing actor James Dean.
This is one that we can see the women hopelessly falling in love with, can’t you?
3 – Penn Badgley
Baltimore-born Penn Badgley first set hearts on fire in the amazing film Easy A where he starred alongside the beautiful and hilariously funny Emma Stone. We’ve all had a girl crush on her for years! Of course, we can’t forget about him in the hit TV show Gossip Girl either. At the moment, this beautiful young actor is reported to have just one film coming out in 2015 – The Paper Store.
Another little tip for you – Penn is also starring alongside Uma Thurman, playing her lover no less, in the new miniseries The Slap. Planned for 2015, the eight-episode series will definitely set tongues wagging, especially Penn playing the love interest of a much older woman.
4 – Ansel Elgort
Have you seen The Fault In Our Stars? If you haven’t, you really should watch it and you definitely need to have the Kleenex handy. Most of us sobbed our hearts out from start to finish at this gut-wrenching and thought-provoking film…. When we weren’t lusting after Augustus Walters, his character in the film, of course!
Another film you may remember this hottie from is Carrie back in 2013, and also Divergent in 2014. It would appear that this is one young actor that is on his way to taking Tinseltown by storm.
2015 will see Ansel Elgort playing Caleb in the hit new film Insurgent which also stars Miles Teller, Theo James, and Kate Winslet. The adventure – action – romance is due to be released in March and definitely looks like it might be a great watch! Plus we’ve not seen Kate Winslet for a while!
5 – Michael B. Jordan
This cutie has been seen in a bunch of stuff over recent years and it’s not wonder when you consider how hot this actor under 30 is! He was in the TV series Lie To Me for a couple of episodes (which we love!) and was in the 2012 film Chronicle. You might have seen him in the TV show House too.
You’ll be happy to know that there are more than a few films heading our way giving us plenty of opportunities to check out this hot hunk of eye-candy. The Fantastic Four is just one of the films that we could get away with taking our boyfriends to see…. whilst checking out the talent at the same time! 😉 There’s also a few more that he’s rumored to be starring in…. including a second Fantastic Four film and Creed which is currently in pre-production. Watch this space!
6 – Josh Hutcherson
If you don’t know who this hot actor under thirty is, you must have been living under a rock! He’s the gorgeous Peeta Mellark in The Hunger Games films, and he was also in 2012’s Red Dawn, the 2009 film Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant. Plus there’s the 2007 Bridge To Terabithia, and plenty more. It’s safe to say that he keeps himself very busy!
2015 is going to be a great year for Hutcherson with a number of reported hit films due out. There’s the next installment of the Hunger Games lot for a start – The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2. There’s also rumored to be a third Journey To The Centre of The Earth Film: Journey 3 – From The Earth To The Moon.
Sadly girls, it doesn’t look like this cutie is single after reportedly starting dating co-star Claudia Traisac during filming of the 2013 film Escobar: Paradise Lost. Boo!
7 – Dave Franco
You must remember this cute actor from the Channing Tatum film – 21 Jump Street. That’s not all the Palo Alto-born US actor is known for however, and it would appear that 2015 is going to be a great year for him too!
He was in The Lego Movie as the voice of Wally this year, plus there’s 22 Jump Street out too. Before that he played Perry in Warm Bodies, had a stint in the TV show Scrubs, and was even a soccer player in the 2007 film Superbad.
So what’s coming up soon for the tall, dark, handsome hottie? Well, Unfinished Business stars Dave Franco, due out in 2015. It seems that the gist of this new movie is being kept a well hidden secret which, of course, sparked our interest automatically.
Oh and you’re right… He is the younger brother of another great American actor – James Franco. Good looks clearly run in the family, right? 😉
8 – Jamie Bell
Do you know who this cutie is? Well, let me tell you. Have you ever heard of Billy Elliot? Well… Jamie Bell is Billy Elliot!
The English actor and dancer literally bounced his way onto the silver screen and into the hearts of his adoring lady fans, and even won a BAFTA for his part in the film. When you consider that he is only 28 now, and Billy Elliot came out in 2000, it’s clear that he’s been a star from a VERY early age!
We’ve seen him in some pretty interesting roles since then, none of which quite as cute as the ballet dancing groover. He was in the 2008 film Jumper, plus the 2011 film Tintin. It’s what is coming in 2015 that we are very excited for though – The Fantastic Four alongside Michael B. Jordan! Two hotties in one film…. How ever are we going to contain ourselves?
9 – Richard Madden
He’s cute, he’s under 30, he has an adoring fan base and he’s got a few films coming out in 2015! That’s right, he belongs on this list!
A Scottish actor, he became a household name in the 2011 TV show Game of Thrones which seems to have kick-started the career for many a hot yet unknown male actor. The reason we feel he needs to be on this list however, is that he is starring in one of the most anticipated films of 2015…. CINDERELLA!
That’s right. They are remaking another Disney movie with the hottest of hunks in for the adults among us. It’s not right for us still to be watching the same old Disney movies…. (Even though we still do!)
He plays Prince Charming in the hit film so you better hurry up and get used to it, plus theres also a TV movie coming out called Lady Chatterley’s Lover… We already know this one will get tongues wagging!!
10 – Alexander Ludwig
He sounds like he should be a famous composer but Alexander Ludwig is making a pretty decent name for himself in the world of films.
The Canadian born actor has got a string of pretty amazing films under his belt including delights such as The Hunger Games, Grown Ups 2 and Lone Survivor, and with 2015 oncoming, it seems that there’s a few more big names that he’s going to be able to add to the list.
He will be playing Chris in the 2015 film The Final Girls; a comedy / horror also starring The Vampire Diaries Nina Doprev, and there’s also his role as Nate in Go With Me, another scary thriller, which also stars Julia Stiles. We love her too!
With an MTV Movie Award and a Teen Choice Awards under his belt already, we wonder how long it’ll be before he can add an Oscar or a Golden Globe to the collection? He sure is hot enough! 😉
11 – Dylan Minnette
He’s an actor, a musician and a singer, and on top of all of that, he’s super cute too! You may know Dylan Minnette as Jack Shepherd’s son in Lost – David. Some of you may even know him from Awake, the NBC drama TV show. Some of you may even remember him from Saving Grace.
One thing for sure, whatever you remember him from, he’s going from strength to strength in the acting world, and with a face this cute, there’s no way he’s not going to bag only the biggest and best roles as he matures.
If you are a fan of this adorable baby-face, you can see him in one of the most eagerly-awaited films of 2015 for any 90’s baby ….. GOOSEBUMPS!
Yes, that’s right. The books, the TV show and now the movie. And Dylan Minnette is going to be starring in it as Zach Cooper in the adventure comedy. We’re so excited for this… How about you?
12 – Ryan Guzman
Not just an actor, this Texan born hottie is also a model and even a mixed martial arts fighter too! Doesn’t he just get hotter and hotter? Have you seen Step Up Revolution? He was Sean in that. He was also Jake in the TV series Pretty Little Liar’s, and he played Sean again in the 2014 film Step Up All In.
2015 is going to be a good year for this cutie. The 27 year old seems to be going from strength to strength with no less than three films due out in 2015. There’s The Boy Next Door in which he plays alongside Jennifer Lopez, plus Beyond Paradise, a romantic drama with an international flair. There’s also one more – Jem And The Holograms, this weird and wonderful musical, adventure, fantasy mix will see him alongside another Hollywood leading lady but this time in the form of Juliette Lewis. Molly Ringwald is in this one too!
13 – Shia LaBeouf
Let’s be honest about this – Shia LaBeouf is hot. I couldn’t believe it when I found out he was only 28. He’s been around for so long, I automatically assumed he was older than that!
He’s not just an actor of course, he plays director these days but it is his acting roles in which he will be the more famous for. With the Transformers films under his belt along with Lawless in 2012, New York, I Love You in 2008 and Constantine in 2005, he’s been a very busy boy.
With Man Down due out in 2015, Shia LaBeouf hasn’t slowed down yet, and in this film he plays the role of Gabriel Drummer. The thriller follows an Afghanistan war veteran and his hunt to find his family in a very different world…
We’re excited for this one, how about you?
14 – Aaron Taylor-Johnson
We loved him in Kick-Ass but he’s been in a few more movies too. The British actor was in Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging (hilarious) in 2008, Godzilla in 2014, Captain America: The Winter Soldier in 2014 and Kick-Ass 2 the year before.
Now, there is one reason why we absolutely couldn’t leave Aaron Taylor-Johnson out of this list and that is…. Fifty Shades of Grey!
Yes, that’s right. Aaron is reported to be in the most eagerly-awaited film of ALL time for most women, surely? We’ve been talking about it for long enough. First the books, now the movies. Then there was all the mess with the original Christian Grey actor, Charlie Hunnam….
We don’t know what part he’ll be playing in the movie as yet, but the rumors surrounding him being in it continue to fly. I guess we will just need to watch this space. Due out Valentine’s Day 2015, there’s not long left to wait now.
15 – Jeremy Irvine
Aged just 24, Jeremy Irvine is a baby in the world of Hollywood but despite this, he was in one of the most influential films of our time – War House. A great hit at many awards ceremonies, the film definitely helped shoot Jeremy to super stardom and Great Expectations, A Night in Old Mexico, and The Reach were films that soon followed.
Not just cute, this guy can really act and luckily for us, there’s a couple of intriguing films due out in which we can spot him. 2015 will see the release of The Woman in Black 2: Angel Of Death which is bound to be a terrifying ride. There’s also The World Made Straight, Stonewall with Jonathan Rhys Myers, and also Fallen due out in the same year.
Plenty of eye-candy time for us! 😉
16 – Douglas Booth
This English actor may only be 22 years old but he sure is making his mark in the world of TV and film, that’s for sure. There was the 2014 film Noah which set critics tongue’s wagging, and there’s been more than a few TV appearances over the years too. 2015 is set to be a very good year for the young actor, and he has no less than two movies set for release.
Jupiter Ascending, for example, will see him playing Titus in the fantasy action-adventure delight, and will be starring alongside some of the hottest names in Hollywood like Channing Tatum, Mila Kunis and even Sean Bean!
17 – Jack Reynor
Colorado-born Jack Reynor is only 22 years old just like Douglas Booth and has recently shot to film in movies like Delivery Man alongside Vince Vaughan, and Transformers: Age of Extinction. There are a whopping four movies coming out in 2015 set to star this little cutie – Sing Street, Macbeth, Girls’ Night Out and The Secret Scripture, which means plenty of time for us to keep our eyes on this adorable little hottie.
18 – Brenton Thwaites
Have you seen Maleficent? We have and we absolutely loved it and just one reason why was this guy! He’s a proper little cutie, isn’t he? He’s an Australian actor and is best known for his TV stuff over film work, but that hasn’t stopped him with a string of films that you know will blow up into the big time due for the coming year or so.
Gods of Egypt, for example, is set for release in 2015-2016 and will see Brenton starring as Bek in the fantasy adventure. With Gerard Butler, Rufus Sewell, Geoffrey Rush and plenty more names starring alongside him, there’s no way this won’t be a big hit in the cinema!
19 – Freddie Stroma
A model and singer alongside actor, you’ll probably better recognise Freddie Stroma from his part in the massive movie Harry Potter movies. Cormac McLaggen was his name in the movies but that’s not the only thing he’s known for.
Have you seen Pitch Perfect? He’s in that too, starring as Luke in the 2012 movie. Plus there’s the second one rumoured to be released in 2015 which are more than excited about!
Plus, who could forget about the recently released The Inbetweeners 2 movie that every raved about! If you’ve never seen it, you definitely should. It’s very funny and pretty much all it means to grow up in Britain!
20 – Michael Cera
Here’s one the geek-girls will love – our adorably cute and incredibly geeky-seeming Michael Cera. He’s a Canadian that has had the pleasure of starring in some of the most brilliant films of our time. Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, for example, was hilarious. As was Juno, Superbad, and Youth in Revolt. In fact, all of his movies have proved to be funny little numbers indeed!
Despite shooting to fame, he’s only 26 years old and so far, there’s been reports of one movie coming out in 2015 with his name on it – Entertainment.
It’s a comedy / drama about an aged comedian looking for his daughter. With John C. Reilly and Dean Stockwell starring in it also, it’s bound to be another winner. And deep down, we all love a good geek-boy, right? 😉
21 – Janus Prinsloo
This South African hasn’t done many films but the ones that he has have proven to be big numbers. 24 year old Janus was in 2014’s The Salvation and also has a pretty big film coming out in 2015 – Chappie. Sharlto Copley pays the main part of Chappie in the movie, but it also stars Hugh Jackman (such a hottie!) and Sigourney Weaver too so you know it’s going to be a good one!
22 – Skylar Astin
You’ll probably have noticed this cutie from the recent hit film Pitch Perfect which, let’s face it, everybody loved. The jagged jawline isn’t his only appeal – he can act too, with a string of pretty impressive films under his belt.
Wreck-It Ralph, for example, saw Skylar playing Jesse. He had a small role in Glee this year too. 21 & Over, Love Written in Blood, and Cavemen are also films that you can see this beautiful face in. If you haven’t checked them out, you should.
There’s the much-awaited Pitch Perfect 2 coming out in 2015 which will see this cutie show his face once again. Playing Jesse again, we are sure that his fan base will continue to build. He’s easy to fall in love with, right?
23 – Jonny Weston
He’s from South Carolina and he has beautiful hair. What more do you need to know about Jonny Weston? He’s an actor too, in case you were interested, and he’s got a string of films notched up considering he’s only 26 years old…
It’s his coming films that we are quite interested in. For example, Taken 3 promises to be every bit the exciting ride that the previous two films have been, and we will see Jonny playing alongside the incredibly handsome Liam Neeson, the beautiful Famke Janssen, and the adorable Maggie Grace. It’s going to be quite the exciting ride!
That’s not all either – he’s also in Insurgent, which you’ve heard us mention once or twice. Our boyfriends will love to go and see that! Technically you get your eye-candy too! Maybe it’s time to make a date of it? 😉
24 – Dev Patel
Slum dog Millionaire’s Jamal Malik or Dev Patel as he is better known, is from the UK and has shown himself to be a great actor despite only being 24 years old. The film sure made its mark on the world, and there are signs that there may even be better things to come. Apparently the film not only helped him to make his mark on the silver screen, but also helped him to find the love of his life in the form of co-star Freida Pinto!
Chappie (also starring Janus Prinsloo), Child 44 (with Tom Hardy – swoon, Gary Oldman, and Charles Dance, this is definitely one to watch out for!), and Lion all set to be released in 2015, there’s plenty of chances for you to clap your eyes on this cutie.
25 – Theo James
Born in Oxfordshire, England, you’ll probably recognise Theo James from Divergent – the hit 2014 film. He was also in Underworld: Awakening, the hit TV show Downton Abbey, and even The Inbetweeners movie too… Just in case you were wondering.
You should keep an eye out for this guy as he’s showing some serious promise. There are four films coming out in 2015 with his name on it, from London Fields, Franny, Insurgent, and even The Secret Scripture. Did we mention that there looks like another Underworld film was on the cards too?
26 – Douglas Smith
He was born in Toronto, Canada but Douglas Smith is sure making his mark across the world with films like Ouija, Hard Drive, and Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters under his belt.
He’s super cute too with curly hair that makes you want to run your fingers through it. It doesn’t look as if he is dating anyone serious either…. Just in case you were wondering.
He’s been a busy boy recently with no less than three films set for release in 2015, and you can find his pretty little face in such delights as Evan’s Crime with David Arquette, Bottom of the World with Ted Levine, and Terminator: Genisys with good old Arnie himself. We can’t wait to see some muscles! 😉 (Especially if they belong to Douglas Smith!)
27 – Nick Robinson
He’s only 19 years old but that hasn’t stopped American youngster Nick Robinson from working his magic on the TV and film world. He’s currently in the hit TV show Melissa & Joey, and he’s also set to be in the coming 2015 film Jurassic World which we are all more than excited for! Who doesn’t want another dino-movie?
We can only hope that good things come for this kid… Let’s watch this space!
28 – Miles Teller
27 year old, Pennsylvanian born Miles Teller is not just an actor but a musician as well, and has been seen in a string of hit films from 2012’s Project X to 2011’s Footloose, and even in the 2014 film Divergent. Sadly, he’s not single and has been seen to be dating a model called Keleigh Sperry…. Just in case you were wondering…. ;(
There are five films due out in 2015 with Miles Teller’s name on them like Get A Job, Insurgent, Bleed For This (which he is currently filming), The Fantastic Four and La La Land. Wow… he’s been a very busy boy! He’s also a very lucky boy as he gets to star alongside the delectable Emma Watson in La La Land – a musical comedy drama that sees a Jazz pianist falling for an actress…. Let the good songs roll!
29 – Daniel Radcliff
Of course, we couldn’t forget about Daniel Ratcliff. He’s got to be one of the most eligible bachelors of our time, hasn’t he? We all best know him for playing Harry Potter – a role we are sure he won’t be able to shake for a long time, but that’s all he can be known for.
There are a couple of films due out in 2015 that show a lot of promise and one of the ones we are quite looking forward to is Trainwreck – and despite the name, is actually a comedy.
With Tilda Swinton (from The Beach), Ezra Miller and Brie Larson, it does look like it should be a good watch. If that doesn’t float your boat however, Frankenstein will see Daniel playing the part of Igor in the horror / drama alongside James McAvoy, Andrew Scott and Jessica Brown Findlay.
Sadly, for those that were hoping that Daniel Racliff were to be a single pringle, he has been dating co-star Erin Darke (he met her on while filming Kill Your Darlings) since 2012.
30 – Nicholas Hoult
He’s come a long way since we first saw this cutie appear on our screens alongside Hugh Grant in About a Boy. Did you see Warm Bodies?That really was a great watch as was Jack the Giant Slayer (2013) and X-Men: Days of Future Past in 2014, also of which star this young actor.
For anyone looking for good news, Nicholas Hoult has recently split from long-term girlfriend (and absolute stunner) Jennifer Lawrence. He’s single… but for how long? It was reported to be their work schedules that drove the wedge between them, and it’s hardly surprising when you see how many films this actor has got coming out over the next twelve months or so.
Autobahn, for example, is an action-thriller with Anthony Hopkins, Ben Kingsley, Michael Epp and many more. There’s also Dark Places which will see him playing the part of Lyle in the movie. It’s a pretty dark drama / thriller and with Charlize Theron in it as well as Christina Hendricks, it looks like it might be a very decent watch.
Mad Max: Fury Road and Equals are two more films set to be released in 2015 with Nichlas Hoult which makes a total of four movies! Plus there’s already one on the go for 2016 too. No wonder he had no time for a relationship!
So there you have them – the 30 hot male actors under 30 in 2015. These guys are exploding onto the scene with bodies so buff you couldn’t even believe it. Just remember girls – you saw him here first!

We only had space for 30 actors on the list, and there are so many attractive celebrities in Hollywood. It took a while to narrow down the list to just 30, and there were still many hot actors who were were unable to include. He did not seem to make the list this time around, but perhaps he will be on the list for next year. We were only able to list 30 actors, and there are literally thousands of attractive men in Hollywood. We will have to keep Dylan O’Brien in mind for 2016. Thanks for the feedback!

He is a very popular celebrity. I agree that I am surprised that he did not make the list. Although, really, we could only include 30 men, so the list is limited. There are so many attractive guys in Hollywood, so picking just 30 is really impossible to do.

That is an excellent question. I think that Peeta just received a lot more attention and notoriety. In the first book, he is the main focus of the story line. Gale is a character in the first book, but not as much. Plus, the ultimate love story of the Hunger Games ends with Peeta, so it kind of makes sense. Perhaps Gale will be included on the next list.
