I like to have a cup after meals to help speed up digestion, or before meals as a pre-emptive strike! :) But really, peppermint is a wonderful tasting tea. Like any unsweetened tea, it will help you to lose weight by filling you up and tricking your stomach into thinking that it has been satiated!

Plus, I am pretty certain that they are not healthy for your body. Drinking a pre-made drink out of a can could not possibly get you all of the vitamins, nutrients, minerals and phytonutrients that you need to survive.
