Need I remind you the definition of racist? Since you’re using the term as an adjective “having or showing the belief that a particular race is superior to another.” Calling someone Oreo, regardless of your or their race, because you think it is cute is not racist. If you were using the term to insult a person of biracial ethnicity with an intent to portray that they are less significant than a person of a different ethic category, than yes, that is “racist”; but I am just incapable of seeing that intent in this situation.
