I fell for my boy bestfriend too. I am also 14 and he happens to also be 17. Weve been dating since may and kept it a secret for a good month before telling our parents. Of course nobody will fully approve or will be judgmental because of the age gap but like it has been said once the parents know each other everything seems to fall into place.
However of course you will get hate because some people are too immature to realise love has no age love does not work around age gaps love is what love is and nobody can change that. Don’t try to get him back. If you try to go around the blocked emails or texts, it is going to look needy, crazy or both and drive him away for good. Your best bet is to give him space for a couple of weeks and hope that he realizes how much he misses you. He needs time to realize that he misses having you in his life, so don’t bother him for a bit and see what happens. He will either realize he can’t live without you or he will move on–either way, you can’t force him to come back (and forcing him would push him away anyhow).

How can you do that?
Prepare a couple of sandwiches and grab some coffee to go right in time for your sweetheart’s lunch break. It’s probably a good idea if you text him at least half an hour in advance in case he had some other plans. Once you have everything set and your favorite latte in your hand, visit just about any park in your walking distance. This can be a perfect opportunity to spend some extra time together, or simply sit in silence and enjoy the moment.
Special Scavenger Hunt
Even a very ordinary gift, like a belt you know he wanted for a while, can be made very special if you present it in an unusual way. And what’s so great about sweet little surprises for him, is the fact that they mostly require only your time, and no additional expenses.
And if your bae is a bit on a nerdy side or simply likes additional challenge, you can be sure he would be thrilled to put some extra effort to reach the reward which, in this case, is a gift from you.
You don’t have to plan something overly complicated. Plan 2 or 3 thresholds with relatively easy/cheesy/challenging clues and let him do his thing.
If you want to be extra cheesy, instead of a gift, it can be you who would wait for him after the final clue.

I’ve been dating my boyfriend for 3 months but we are getting pretty serious pretty quickly. He means so much to me but he is a little bipolar and over-thinks a lot, and it’s at the most random times. I always think that I did something wrong. I don’t know how I should deal with it. One minute he’s laughing and joking with me then the next he gets this serious expression on his face and I don’t know how to get him to stop. Any advice??

You might want to gently recommend that he talks to someone about his mood swings. If they are from bipolar disorder, he may need outside help to get them under control. If he is not willing to seek help, at least talk to him about an alternative like meditation. Meditation has been shown to help bring peace and a more stable emotional state, so it could help him a bit. If the cause is psychological and he is not trying to have these mood swings, then it may be impossible to get him to stop without getting him help. If, on the other hand, it is not based on his personal psychology or physiology, then you may just need to be open and honest with him about how you feel and hope that he actually listens to you.

Don’t take it personal with his mood swings. Yes he may hurt your feelings or what not but I’m pretty sure you both r meant to me! Maybe he should see a psychiatrist !
