Try the treadmill for 30 minutes listening to your favorite music. You will be in your own zone with no one to judge and if they are just focus on your music. Seek out a personal trainer which normally has a group of people that are striving for the exact same results as you. We all have something we need to work on. Allowing your imperfections to show promotes growth which leads to levels of confidence, endurance, passion. I’started working out at the age of 52. Challenging every exercise my trainer through my way with a group of amazing women that continued to build me up and hold me up when I wanted to give up. Today at the age of 57, I am a certified personal trainer and cyclist instructor. Would have never imagine myself in a position to help others from a place that I was in and one that you speak of. It totally changed my life! Just start dear heart and love all there is about you!
