I keep having dreams of taking pregnancy test and all vividly saying positive for the past week. Also having dreams of being pregnant or giving birth too. I’m so confused.

I am also 3 days late for my period (which i used to be so irregular due to PCOS) but have been a regular 35 day cycle since having ovarian cysts surgery in Sept 2019. Could I potentially be actually pregnant? Or am I just thinking these thoughts subconsciously.
